Specialist Assessment All specialist assessments are “gold standard” as described by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE Guidelines) conducted with multiple information points, from multiple sources with review where needed by multi-professional team members. Autism Specialist assessment of autism spectrum conditions (ASC) including Autism, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Asperger’s Syndrome (AS) and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). A full developmental history is undertaken with parents/carers using the Autism Diagnostic Inventory (ADI) and an interactive assessment is undertaken with the young person using the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS). Screening of psychological wellbeing and behavioural presentation is collated from home and school. A full report including diagnosis, psychological functioning and formulation, with detailed recommendations will be provided. Follow up liaison, intervention or consultation can be arranged following this assessment at the standard rate. Autism Assessment - Cost Available on application ADHD Specialist assessment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). A developmental history is taken alongside specialist screening of AD(H)D symptomology and psychological wellbeing at home and school. A cognitive assessment is undertaken with the young person along with a consultation where appropriate. A full report including diagnosis, psychological functioning and formulation, with detailed recommendations will be provided. Follow up liaison, intervention or consultation can be arranged following this assessment at the standard rate.
